Our focal points hereby lay on the sustainable rise of the profitability, the realignment of the strategic handling of the market, the rise of innovation force and the optimization of the Marketing and Sales performance.
K.O.M.® GmbH at the moment has a staff of 45 employees, with the Back-Office located in Allensbach at the Bodensee. As a medium-sized Consulting company, the K.O.M.® GmbH was awarded several times by associations and publishers. Since 1998 the group is member of the Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater (BDU e. V.). Our employees offer a wide range of core competences. Through certain further education activities, our consultants are psychologically qualified and therefore are able to identify possible difficulties to be solved by goal-oriented change management from the start.
Our project teams are put together with a lot of accuracy and tact. According to demand and amount of the particular assignments, highly qualified consultants and notable practitioners from science and management are consulted and coordinated by a highly qualified project manager. Hereby our clients are provided with well-qualified, experienced and flexible project teams.
