In the trainings of K.O.M. HC® Human Consult & Training the human being is in the centre, especially concerning a change in awareness. Therefore, Trainings of K.O.M. HC® are focussed not just on technical and methodical input, but also on a change in the attitude towards new tasks, different behaviour or new strategies in a sustainable way.
This requires to integrate the participants in the design and realization of the trainings and previous internal desk research by the trainer to assess the actual initial situation of the company. Then the trainer can customized the single modules individually to the needs of the company. Hereby it is essential to recognize how single persons act in their social network inside the company, to then adjust the training measures to the needed changes. A further essential component of the philosophy of K.O.M.
